Quick summary
Privacy, in plain language
No contact-list imports
KISSYN does not pull from your phone contacts or use them to build invitations.
Protected location
Discovery uses distance and protected approximate anchors—not another member’s exact coordinates.
Member-controlled visibility
Use Stealth, manage public-link photos, revoke album and location access, deactivate, export, or delete.
Private activity stays out of ads
Messages, private media, precise locations, and sexual preferences are not advertising-targeting material.
1. Information KISSYN collects
Account data includes verified email, username, private birth date, age certification, policy acceptance, language, and security records. Profile data may include identity, pronouns, photos, bios, interests, preferences, relationship information, and what you are looking for. KISSYN also processes what you choose to create: messages, reactions, private albums, reports, Cruise Spot contributions, events, Travel plans, and Meet Plans.
2. Location and proximity
A usable location is required for live discovery. KISSYN is designed to calculate protected distance and stable approximate map placement without delivering another member’s exact discovery coordinates to your browser. Home area, current GPS, Travel destinations, public approximation, and deliberately shared private pins remain separate. KISSYN does not intend to maintain a continuous location-history trail.
3. Photos, video, voice, and verification
Public and private photos are reviewed and stored according to visibility. Voice notes expire after 30 days. View-once and 24-hour video messages follow their selected expiry and are hard-deleted from storage, leaving an expired-media notice. A timely safety report may preserve a separate evidence copy. Live selfie checked verification requires explicit biometric consent; its recording is deleted shortly after review and is not kept as a reusable face template.
4. How information is used
Information operates and secures accounts, reciprocal eligibility, Nearby, Map, Swipe, chats, Travel, events, Cruise Spots, albums, and profile links. It also supports moderation, report review, fraud prevention, member support, maintenance, and legal obligations. A qualifying published bio may receive an offline machine translation while the original remains unchanged.
5. Sharing and safety reports
Information reaches other members only through the feature and settings you choose—for example, an eligible profile, approved album grant, or deliberately sent location. Carefully selected providers may process data only to operate KISSYN. Legal or safety disclosures may occur when reasonably necessary. KISSYN does not intend to sell personal information. If a participant reports a chat, their device prepares the readable messages and media they choose to submit; authorized access is audited.
6. Retention and deletion
Account deletion removes the profile from discovery immediately. Assets then enter an intended 30-day recovery and operational period before permanent deletion or anonymization unless an active report, fraud or security need, legal obligation, or litigation hold requires longer. Expired media, live locations, album grants, event chats, and verification recordings follow shorter feature-specific schedules. The final treatment of a deleted member’s messages in another member’s chat remains under legal and product review.
7. Your controls
Members can manage visibility, public profile links and photos, location buffer, Travel, album grants, precise and live shares, blocks, notification consent, sessions, and language. Settings will provide export, temporary deactivation, permanent deletion, and remote logout. Stealth hides a profile from discovery without requiring deletion.
8. Security, age, and policy changes
KISSYN uses access controls, private storage, row-level security, audit records, short-lived protected links, and least-privilege design. No online service can promise perfect security or prevent every screenshot. KISSYN is only for adults 18 and older. Material policy changes will be versioned and presented when renewed consent is required.
